A Psalm for Earth Day

I learned this by heart as young mouse, and, as so often happens, it came back to me when I thought of Earth Day today. Maybe that is why they call it 'learned by heart'. In terms of our culture, it is terribly uncool, especially the old, beautiful King James translation, but it does get at the heart of the matter. We are talking stewardship and thanks for a wonderful gift.

A traditional table blessing and doxology

The tune is the Tallis canon, and it may be sung as a round. I have also heard it sung to 'Hernando's Hideaway' on A Prairie Home Companion, but I guess I am a traditionalist.
